1.Representationsofconstructionprojectschedule
建设工程进度计划的表示方法有多种，常用的有横道图和网络图两种表示方法。
Therearevariousmethodstorepresenttheconstructionprojectschedule,andtwocommonmethodsarebarchartandnetworkdiagram.
（1）横道图
(1)Barchart
横道图也称甘特图，是美国人甘特（Gantt）在２０世纪２０年代提出的。由于其形象、直观，且易于编制和理解，因而长期以来被广泛应用于建设工程进度控制之中。
Thebarchart,alsoknownastheGanttchart,wasproposedbytheAmericanGanttinthe1920s.It’svivid,intuitive,andeasytocompileandunderstand,soithasbeenwidelyusedinschedulecontrolofconstructionprojectforalongtime.;用横道图表示的建设工程进度计划，一般包括两个基本部分，即左侧的工作名称及工作的持续时间等基本数据部分和右侧的横道线部分。横道图能明确地表示出各项工作的划分、工作的开始时间和完成时间、工作的持续时间、工作之间的相互搭接关系，以及整个工程项目的开工时间、完工时间和总工期。

;利用横道图表示工程进度计划，存在下列缺点。
Therearethefollowingdisadvantagesinrepresentingtheprojectschedulebythebarchart.
１）不能明确地反映出各项工作之间错综复杂的相互关系，因而在计划执行过程中，当某些工作的进度由于某种原因提前或拖延时，不便于分析其对其他工作及总工期的影响程度，不利于建设工程进度的动态控制。
1)Itcannotclearlyreflecttheintricateinterrelationshipsbetweenvarioustasks.Therefore,duringtheexecutionoftheschedule,whentheprogressofsometasksisadvancedordelayedforsomereason,itisnotconvenienttoanalyzeitsimpactonothertasksandthetotalduration,whichisnotconducivetothedynamiccontroloftheconstructionprogress.
２）不能明确地反映出影响工期的关键工作和关键线路，也就无法反映出整个工程项目的关键所在，因而不便于进度控制人员抓住主要矛盾。
