1.5技术咨询服务自协议生效之日起_____个月内完成,将在_____个月内提交最终技术咨询汇报,包含图纸、设计资料、各类规范和图片等。咨询方应无偿通报委托方类似工程最近发展和任何进展,方便委托方能改善该工程设计。

第二双方责任和义务article2bothpartiesresponsibilityandliability

2.1委托方应向咨询方提供相关资料、技术咨询汇报、图纸和可能得到信息并给予咨询方开展工作提供力所能及帮助,尤其是委托方应在合适时候指定一名总代表方便能随时给予联络。
