    Culturalidentityisthedeepestlevelofidentity,therootofnationalunityandthe

    soulofnationalharmony.Therefore,culturalidentityisthepremiseandfoundation

    ofculturalself-confidence.GeneralSecretaryXiJinpingpointedoutthatwithouta

    highdegreeofculturalself-confidenceandtheprosperityofculture,therewillbeno

    greatrejuvenationoftheChinesenation.However,theresearchoncultural

    self-confidenceandculturalidentityfromtheperspectiveofpsychology,especially

    fromtheperspectiveofculturalpsychology,isstillinitsinfancyandfarfromenough,

    soitisurgenttocarryoutanin-depthandextensiveresearchontheChinesecultural

    self-confidenceandculturalidentityoftheChinesepeople,andthepresentstudytries

    toconductaresearchonthis.

    Study1usedtheJunziPersonalityScaleandtheCulturalIdentityScaletosurvey

    424juniorhighschoolstudents,369highschoolstudents,and713collegestudents

    throughonlinequestionnairesandon-sitesurveysintheclassroom,toexaminethe

    developmenttrendofJunzipersonalityandculturalidentityfromthefirstyearto

    graduateschool.Theresultsshowedthattherewasagoodfitforthelinearmodelof

    gentlemanpersonalityandculturalidentity.Therewasafasterrateofincreaseinthe

    levelofgentlemanpersonalityfromjuniortosenioryear,andafasterrateofincrease

    inthelevelofculturalidentityfromjuniortosenioryear.
