前言
為了加强试验室的管理,提高检查工作质量,保证试验室检查工作的精确、及時,特制定本管理手册。
本试验室以《食品安全法》、《進出口商品检查法》、《产品质量法》等国家有关法律、法规為准则,以有关检测原则、贸易协议以及企业HACCP体系文献為根据,從事我司出口水产品成品、原辅材料、加工用水、加工环境、工用器具等的微生物和理化项目的检测工作。
本手册论述了试验室的质量管理制度和规定,是试验室開展检查工作的根据,是试验室所有工作人员進行平常检查工作所必须遵照的行為准则。

第一章手册的管理
一、目的
通過對手册的编制、同意、公布、控制、使用、修改和换版做出明确规定,保证管理手册处在受控状态。
二、合用范围
合用于對本试验室手册的管理。
三、职责
试验室主任负责手册的管理工作。
四、手册编制、同意和公布
1、手册的编制由试验室主任总负责,各化验员承担详细的编写工作,试验室主任负责审核。
2、手册由总經理同意公布,宣布实行曰期。
五、手册的发放
1、试验室主任负责手册的发放工作。
2、手册分為“受控”和“非受控”两种,应在手册封面做出控制状态標识。“受控”版本手册的有效性受到修改和换版的控制。
3、受控本发放范围為总經理、副总經理、品控部及试验室主任,受控本必须编号,并進行发放登记。未經許可任何人不得
