Completionqualityacceptance

项目竣工质量验收是施工质量控制的最后一个环节,是对施工过程质量控制成果的全面检验,是从终端把关方面进行质量控制。未经验收或验收不合格的工程,不得交付使用。

Projectcompletionqualityacceptanceisthelastlinkofconstructionqualitycontrol,acomprehensiveinspectionofthequalitycontrolresultsoftheconstructionprocess,andaqualitycontrolfromtheterminalcontrol.Projectsthathavenotbeenacceptedorfailedtopasstheacceptanceshallnotbedeliveredforuse.

一、竣工质量验收的依据

I.BasisforCompletionQualityAcceptance

工程项目竣工质量验收的依据有：

(l)国家相关法律法规和建设主管部门颁布的管理条例和办法。

(1)Relevantnationallawsandregulationsandmanagementregulationsandmeasuresissuedbythecompetentconstructiondepartment.

;(2)建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准。

(2)Unifiedstandardsforconstructionqualityacceptanceofconstructionprojects.

(3)专业工程施工质量验收规范。

(3)Codeforacceptanceofconstructionqualityofprofessionalworks.

(4)经批准的设计文件、施工图纸及说明书。

(4)Approveddesigndocuments,constructiondrawingsandinstructions.

(5)工程施工承包合同。

(5)Projectconstructioncontract.

(6)其他相关文件。

(6)Otherrelevantdocuments.

;二、竣工质量验收的条件

II.ConditionsforCompletionQualityAcceptance

工程符合下列条件方可进行竣工验收：

Onlywhentheprojectmeetsthefollowingconditionscanthecompletionacceptancebecarriedout:

(1)完成工程设计和合同约定的各项内容。

(1)Completetheengineeringdesignandthecontentsagreedinthecontract.

(2)施工单位在工程完工后对工程质量进行了检查,确认工程质量符合有关法律、法规和工程建设强制性标准,符合设计文件及合同要求,并提出工程竣工报告。工程竣工报告应经项目经理和施工单位有关负责人审核签字。

(2)Theconstructionunithasinspectedtheprojectqualityafterthecompletionoftheproject,confirmedthattheprojectqualityconformstotherelevantlaws,regulationsandmandatorystandardsforprojectconstruction,conformstothedesigndocumentsandcontractrequirements,andputforwardtheprojectcompletionreport.Theprojectcompletionreportshallbereviewedandsignedbytheprojec
