建设工程项目质量是指通过项目实施形成的工程实体的质量,是反映建筑工程满足法律、法规的强制性要求和合同约定的要求,包括在安全、使用功能以及在耐久性能、环境保护等方面满足要求的明显和隐含能力的特性总和。其质量特性主要体现在适用性、安全性、耐久性、可靠性、经济性及与环境的协调性等六个方面。
