摘要

现如今，世界上绝大多数国家都进入了互联网银行发展的时代，经济全球化使各国互联网银行联系日益密切。毋庸置疑，互联网银行是顺应生产力发展的产物，极大地改变了人们的生产生活方式，因此有必要对各国互联网发展的基本情况进行研究。本文首先对互联网银行发展状况分析及基本模式比较，其次简要分析了互联网银行发展存在的问题并提出了相应的解决措施，最后对我国互联网银行发展提出了建议。通过比较不同国家的互联网银行发展现状，更加清楚各种主要互联网银行的优缺点及其基本运行方式，从不同模式中吸取经验教训，以此来为我国互联网银行发展提出建设性意见，达到促进我国互联网银行和经济发展的目的。

Abstract

Nowadays,thevastmajorityofcountriesintheworldhaveenteredtheeraofInternetbankingdevelopment,andtheeconomicglobalizationmakestheInternetbankingofallcountriesincreasinglycloselylinked.ThereisnodoubtthatInternetbankingistheproductofthedevelopmentofproductivity,whichhasgreatlychangedthewayofproductionandlifeofpeople.Therefore,itisnecessarytostudythebasicsituationofInternetdevelopmentinvariouscountries.ThispaperfirstlyanalyzesthedevelopmentstatusofInternetBanksandcomparestheirbasicmodels.Secondly,brieflyanalyzestheproblemsexistinginthedevelopmentofInternetBanksandputsforwardcorrespondingsolutions.FinallyputsforwardsuggestionsforthedevelopmentofInternetBanksinChina.BycomparingthecurrentsituationofthedevelopmentoftheInternetbankindifferentcountries,wewillbemorecleartheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofvariousmajorInternetbankanditsbasicoperationmodes,lessonsfromdifferentmodes,soastoputforwardconstructivesuggestionstothedevelopmentoftheInternetbankinourcountrytoachievethepurposeoftheInternetbankinourcountryandeconomicdevelopment.
