深圳市珠宝初创企业人才流失及对策研究

内容摘要

由于成立时间短、发展积累不足、综合实力薄弱、缺乏科学的人力资源管理思想，创立初期的珠宝企业人才流失现象严重，影响了企业的长期稳定发展。本文以深圳馨雅公司为例，采用案例研究法去研究深圳初创珠宝企业人才流失问题。通过对馨雅公司现下的人员管理模式进行研究分析，发现了该公司在人力资源管理上存在的很多问题，如缺乏人力资源管理部门，不健全的人才选拔机制和晋升制度，不合理的人员配备和使用，不充分的培训和发展制度，不完善的薪酬和福利等。基于馨雅公司人员管理的现状，提出解决的建议，希望能够引起初创型珠宝企业的重视，反思各自企业当下人员管理模式的不足之处，进而改善企业人员管理模式，达到减少因人员流失带来不良影响的目的，促进企业健康和谐发展。

Abstract

Duetotheshortestablishmenttime,insufficientdevelopmentaccumulation,weakcomprehensivestrength,andlackofscientifichumanresourcemanagementideas,thephenomenonofbraindrainintheearlystageofthejewelleryenterprisewassevere,whichaffectedthelong-termstabledevelopmentoftheenterprise.ThisarticletakesShenzhenXinyaCompanyasanexample,andadoptsacasestudymethodtostudythebraindrainofstart-upjewelrycompaniesinShenzhen.ThroughresearchandanalysisofXinyascurrentpersonnelmanagementmodel,itfoundthatthecompanyhasmanyproblemsinhumanresourcesmanagement,suchaslackofhumanresourcesmanagementdepartment,inadequatetalentselectionmechanismandpromotionsystem,andunreasonablestaffing.Anduse,inadequatetraininganddevelopmentsystems,imperfectpayandbenefits,etc.BasedonthecurrentsituationofXinyaspersonnelmanagement,putforwardsuggestionstosolveit,hopingtoattracttheattentionofstart-upjewelrycompanies,reflectontheshortcomingsofthecurrentpersonnelmanagementmodeloftheirrespectivecompanies,andthenimprovethecompanyspersonnelmanagementmodeltoreducethenumberofemployeesThepurposeofadverseeffectsistopromotethehealthyandharmoniousdevelopmentoftheenterpriseanagementmodel,andthenimprovetheenterprisepersonnelmanagementmodel.
