摘要

随着我国人口的不断增多，我们对纯净水的需求也不断增加，在一些办公楼中人们一般通过饮用瓶装矿泉水来解渴，而这种大型的桶装水一般需要通过自动化的灌装流水线来实现，通过把过滤干净的纯净水装入到容器里，接着经过具有现代化的自动生产线后，我们对桶装水进行灌装。目前而言，灌装机具有重要的作用，特别是对于饮料、酒水等行业包括食品加工行业。但是传统的灌装机不够现代化，产品的性能比较单一无法适应自动化的流水线，通用的程度也比较低，灌装速度无法灵活地调整，而且只能用于单种品种，一旦灌装规格发生变化，它就难以适应。通过事实证明，我们市场上很需要能够实现灌装自动化和机械化的灌装机器，尤其是能实现包装线的自动化和高度灵活化，那它不仅能获得可观的经济收益而且体现了我们国家的现代化程度

本文设计的就是桶装纯净水的自动灌装机，设计的重点包括机械系统和控制系统。通过对桶装纯净水自动灌装机的设计，来对大学四年来所学的专业知识进行一个全面地总结与概括，对以后的工作也有一定的帮助意义。

Abrstract

Withtheincreasingpopulationofourcountry,ourdemandforpurifiedwaterisalsoincreasing.Insomeofficebuildings,peopleusuallydrinkbottledmineralwatertoquenchtheirthirst,whilethiskindoflarge-scalebottledwaterusuallyneedstoberealizedthroughanautomaticfillingline,byputtingthefiltereddrypurifiedwaterintoacontainer,andthenthroughamodernautomaticproductionline,weFillthebarreledwater.Atpresent,fillingmachineplaysanimportantrole,especiallyforbeverage,beverageandotherindustriesincludingfoodprocessingindustry.However,thetraditionalfillingmachineisnotmodernenough,theproductperformanceisrelativelysimpleandcannotadapttotheautomaticassemblyline,thegenerallevelisalsorelativelylow,thefillingspeedcannotbeflexiblyadjusted,andcanonlybeusedforasinglevariety,oncethefillingspecificationchanges,itisdifficulttoadapt.Ithasbeenprovedthatweneedfillingmachinesthatcanrealizefillingautomationandmechanizationinthemarket,especiallytheautomationandhighflexibilityofthepackagingline,whichcannotonlyobtainconsiderableeconomicbenefitsbutalsoreflectthemodernizationofourcountry
