(COSRA)willlaunchMarch1998.EachCOSRAmemherwillrunprogramsinits
owncountryaspartofthecampaign.Initiativeswillincludetownmeetingsandradio
andTVannouncementsthatraiseawarenessofimportantissuestoconsiderwhen
investing.Iunderstandthathotlinesalsowillbeestablishedforinvestor
complaints.
Asonewhohasledsome20townmeetingsforindividualinvestorsacrossthe
U.S.overthelastseveralyears,Iheartilyendorsethisproject.Thebenefitsofinvestor
educationaremany.Notonlydoeducatedinvestorsprotectthemselvesbetter,but
theyalsoarewillingtoinvesttheirmoneytoprovidecapitaltonewandexpanding
