I锅炉点火前的检查与准备/Checkingandpreparationbeforeboilerstartup.

机组计算机监控（DCS）系统，应至少在锅炉点火前2h投入连续运行/Puttheunit’sdistributedcontrolsystem(DCS)intocontinuousoperationatleasttwohoursbeforeboilerlightup.

所有变送器及测量仪表信号管路取样阀打开，排污阀关闭；仪表电源投入；各电动、气动执行机构分别送电及接通汽源；控制盘台上仪表、声光盘及操作器送电；DEH系统、汽轮机安全监控系统、CRT显示及报警与设备实际状态表计显示相符/Switchonallthetransmittersandthesamplingvalvesofmeasuringinstrumentsandsignalpipes;switchofftheblowdownvalves.Turnontheinstruments’powersupply.Deliverpowertoandpowerontheelectricalactuatorandthesteamactuator.Deliverpowertotheinstruments,acousticdisksandtheoperatingdeviceonthecontrolpanel/desk.MakesurethattheDEHsystem,theturbinesafetysupervisionsystemandthefurnacesafetysupervisionsystemoperateproperly.MakesurethattheCRTdisplayandalarmareinlinewiththeinstruments’actuallevelmeter.

检查机组蒸汽、给水、减温水、循环水、凝结水、补给水系统、抽汽回热系统、真空系统、疏水系统，化学加药系统等汽水系统正常，系统阀门调整到启动状态。Checkiftheunit’ssteam,feedwater,attemperatingwater,circulatingwater,condensateandmake-upwatersystems,steamextraction,vacuum,drainandchemicaldosingsystemsaswellasotherwatersteamsystemsareinnormalconditions.Turnthesystemvalvesintostart-upmode.

低压缸喷水冷却装置投入试验正常/ThetestoftakingLPcylinderspraycoolingdeviceisnormal.

各抽汽逆止门和高排逆止门联动试验正常，不允许出现任何卡涩现象/TheinterlocktestofextractionNRVsandHPexhaustNRVisnormalwithoutanyjammingproblem

确认化学已准备充足的除盐水/Makesurethattheadequatedemineralizedwaterisprepared.

机组辅助系统及设备的启动/Start-upofauxiliarysystemandequipments：

1)启动压缩空气系统。/Startcompressedairsystem.

2)联系化学对凝结水膨胀水箱注水至正常水位。/ContactWTPoperationpersonneltofillwatertocondensate
