[Abstract]?Objective?To?explore?the?application?value?of?3D?Slicer?analysis?and?processing?platform?in?vertebral?reinforcement?surgery?for?osteoporotic?vertebral?compression?fractures.?Methods?A?total?of?66?patients?with?osteoporotic?vertebral?compression?fractures?who?underwent?elective?vertebral?augmentation?surgery?at?Hangzhou?Ninth?Peoples?Hospital?from?January?2020?to?December?2021?were?selected?as?the?study?subjects.?They?were?randomly?divided?into?a?3D?group?consisting?of?33?patients?who?underwent?3D?Slicer?software?assisted?positioning?and?fixation，?and?a?control?group?consisting?of?33?patients?who?underwent?traditional?manual?positioning?and?fixation.?Observe?and?evaluate?the?Gertzbein-Robbins?grading，?surgical?related?indicators?（single?nail?insertion?time，?surgical?time，?intraoperative?bleeding），?postoperative?indicators?（time?of?pain?relief，?operation?drainage?volume，?hospital?stay），?and?follow-up?results?（for?patients?followed?up?to?1?year?after?surgery，?quality?of?life?scores，?record?the?incidence?complications）?in?two?groups?of?patients.?Results?The?number?of?A?group+B?group?cases?in?the?Gertzbein-Robbins?grading?of?patients?in?3D?group?was?higher?than?that?in?the?control?（P0.05）.?The?insertion?time，?surgical?time，?intraoperative?bleeding?volume，?pain?relief?time，?the?volume?of?operation?drainage，?and?the?hospital?time?of?the?3D?group?patients?were?lower?than?the?control?group?（P0.05）.?The?median?follow-up?time?for?the?two?groups?was?（13.45±0.98）?months.?Each?follow-up?time?point，?the?SF-12?score?of?3D?group?was?higher?than?the?control?group?（P0.05）
