RENTALAGREEMENT

ThisRentalAgreementismadeonthedatesetoutbelowandisbetweenthepersonwhoagreestorentthepropertyandthepersonwhoagreestolettheproperty.ThepersonwhoagreestorentthepropertyiscalledtheTenantandthepersonwhoagreestoletthepropertyiscalledtheLandlord.

1.TheProperty

Thepropertywhichisthesubjectofthisagreementisdescribedbelow.

2.TheTermoftheAgreement

Thetermofthisagreementshallbeforaperiodof________yearsfromthedatesetoutbelow.

3.TheRent

Therentforthepropertyshallbepaidattherateof_________permonth.Thefirstrentpaymentshallbemadeonthedatesetoutbelowandsubsequentpaymentsshallbemadeonthesamedateeachmonththereafter.

4.TheSecurityDeposit

TheTenantshallpayasecuritydepositof_________totheLandlordonthedatesetoutbelow.ThisdepositshallberefundedtotheTenantattheendofthetermofthisagreementprovidedthatallrentsandexpensesdueunderthisagreementhavebeenpaidinfull.

5.RepairsandMaintenance

TheTenantshallberesponsibleforthecostofallnecessaryrepairsandmaintenancetothepropertyduringthetermofthisagreement.Thisincludes,butisnotlimitedto,plumbing,electrical,heatingandcoolingsystems.TheLandlordshallberesponsibleforanymajorrepairsormaintenancethatarenotcoveredbytheTenant.

6.Subletting

TheTenantshallnotsubletthepropertywithoutthewrittenconsentoftheLandlord.Anysublettingshallbesubjecttothesametermsandconditionsasaresetoutinthisagreement.

7.TerminationofAgreement

Thisagreementmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartygivingwrittennoticetotheotherpartyatanytimeduringthetermoftheagreement.However,nonoticeshallbegivenwithinthefirstmonthoftheagreement.Attheendofthenoticeperiod,theTenantshallvacatethepropertyanda
