ChineseYouthVolunteersisanon-profitorganizationthatwasfoundedin1994.Theorganizationaimstopromotevolunteerismamongyoungpeopleandencouragethemtoparticipateincommunitydevelopmentandpublicwelfareactivities.Overtheyears,ChineseYouthVolunteershasestablishedasoundorganizationalsystemandarelativelycompletevolunteer招募,training,management,andevaluationmechanism.BackgroundIntroduction
