微创矫形分段截骨治疗外翻的临床疗效分析

[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicaleffectofminimallyinvasiveorthopedicscombinedwithAkinsurgicalsegmentalosteotomyinthetreatmentofhalluxvalgus.MethodsClinicaldataofhalluxvalguspatientswhounderwentminimallyinvasiveorthopedicscombinedwithAkinsurgicalsegmentalosteotomyinWangjingHospitalofChinaAcademyofChineseMedicalSciencesfromJune2020toJune2022werecollected.Halluxvalgusangle（HVA），intermetatarsalangle（IMA），distalmetatarsalarticularangle（DMAA），visualanaloguescale（VAS）score，AmericanOrthopedicFootandAnkleSociety（AOFAS）scalescoreandcomplicationswerecomparedbeforeandaftersurgery.ResultsAtotalof186patientswithhalluxvalgus（328feet）wereincludedinthestudy.Allpatientssuccessfullycompletedtheoperationandthefollow-upperiodwas6months.Sixmonthsaftersurgery，HVA，IMAandDMAAweresignificantlylowerthanbeforesurgery，VASscorewassignificantlylowerthanbeforesurgery，andAOFASscalescorewassignificantlyhigherthanbeforesurgery（Plt;0.05）.Therewerenopostoperativecomplicationssuchaswoundinfection，delayedunionornonunionoftheosteotomy，andmetastaticmetatarsalgia.ConclusionMinimallyinvasiveorthopediccombinedwithAkinsurgicalsegmentalosteotomyissafeandeffectiveintreatmentofhalluxvalgus，whichhastheadvantagesoflessinjury，gooddeformitycorrectionandlesspostoperativecomplications，andisworthyofclinicalapplicationandpromotion.
